110-300-0197(3): Fridges were observed to lack thermometers necessary for identifying the storage temperature of produce. 110-300-0197(4)(a): Food items were observed stored without labels identifying the name who it belongs (if applicable), dates of opening, or expiration. 110-300-0197(4)(e): A box of expired mayonnaise was observed in the kitchen fridge. 110-300-0197(5): No temperature log was observed in either the kitchen. 110-300-0197(6): Leftover food was stored without appropriate labeling.
